• Open the GOtv website and search for easy self-service
• At the top right corner of the page, change the flag to Nigeria (Flag), then sign
• Sign by entering your surname or mobile number (linked to your GOtv profile) and your decoder IUC number (it is always at the bottom of your gotv decoder)
• From the dashboard, Click on Build a Package and select GOtv Max (the package you are upgrading to)
• click the Next button and use your preferred payment method to complete your upgrade.
• Your upgrade should be confor within 10 – 20 minutes. if not, the contact gotv customer care.
• Also, note that it is better to do the upgrade only when your current subscription has expired to make the whole process much easier.
