How to apply for FarmCrew Agritech Startups Innovation Fund 2020

FarmCrew has launched an investment fund of up to $50,000 per startup. This innovation fund is put aside for 10 booming Agritech Startups for the last quarter of this year.

FarmCrew Innovation Fund (FCIF) is an outlay fund devoted to serving Agritech Startups begins their innovative dreams and results.

The Fund is believed to be able to improve SMART agriculture in Nigeria and Africa and also forming scalable and successful value chains in the agricultural division.

This is an approach very much aligned with an accelerator incubation program designed at providing successful beginning with the abilities, resources, and exposure to make solutions marketable and profitable. FarmCrew makes possible this partnership to guarantee accurate and successful utilization of the fund and aids excellent profits for the investors.

 

Application Process

  • Applicants should complete an online application form.
  • Properly completed applications that are done and based on agric-tech innovative solutions are verified. Non-agric-tech startup applications will be rejected.
  • FarmCrew Selection Committee reviews confirmed applications and choose Agrictech startups with innovative solutions.
  • Chosen applicants would receive detailed mail about the process involved in the defense of their solutions. The planned date for every startup interview/defense, Format of Pitch Document, and Proposal Requirement would be communicated through the mail.
  • Professionals in the ground of finance, technology, and agriculture would partner with FarmCrew Committee to select up to TEN flourishing agric-tech innovative solutions after the presentations/interview/defense.
  • Successful applicants would tender all-important business and legal documents while being incorporated into the Mentor-ship program to set up the area of funding. The incubation program phase is the period when FarmCrew gets to relate with the startups and grants resources, access to industry training, allowed relations with other entrepreneurs and discharges the fund for the startups’ projects all through to the survival phase.
