Latest Truecaller Update for Android comes with Backup Option and Contact List

The Truecaller app has just received a new update which comes with some awesome new features and improvements. The newly updated TrueCaller comes with backup option, which will allows you to backup all your contacts, call history, call logs, block list, and settings preferences.

According to Truecaller, this new feature will ensure you don’t loose your data, call logs and contacts anymore whenever you are switching to a new phone, getting new SIM cards, resetting your device or in general having to start your Truecaller journey anew. All those datas will now be saved on your Google drive account.

For those who don’t have a Google Drive account, you will be prompted to create one when you try to use the backup option for the first time. You will also have the option to select how often you want to backup your data (daily, weekly, monthly or never) from the settings menu.
Another awesome feature added to the new update is the Truecaller Contact view which basically let’s you to view a list of all the contacts you’ve ever had from any Call, SMS or transaction. Even if you never saved the contact, you will still be able to go back and check all the contacts you have ever communicated with in the past.
The two features mentioned above and more are available in the latest version of Truecaller app for android.
